Just been for a look at Hutton Rudby no one fishing!😁

Had my first day of the year at peg 25, fished nearby reed bed with double maggot on 16. Rewarded with a carp four nice sized tench and five roach. Water was low temperature, fish very cold to touch. Early bird anglers be aware there is now a lock on the gate, key for Marske fits. Place looks clean and tidy, not even a tab end insight! Some car owners are still parking inconsiderately, New rule..no fishing before 6 a.m. And please try not to disturb the residents!

A slow evenings fishing hotted up in the last hour with 5 carp to 6 1/4lb lovely evening.

Great friendly club with excellent waters on the Tees, Swale and still waters at Marske and Hutton Rudby
