Held my birthday do here at end of May. Fantastic atmosphere. Not too big a room for 25 guests. We had our own waitress who served us delicious food. More than enough and portion sizes were great Even though the main open bar area was crowded we were never long being served when we went for drinks. Brought our own music which was played throughout the bar. Great night and lots of mu guests commented on how good the food was.
What a fantastic Christmas lunch we had at The Yard in Ilkley on Thursday 11th December. The food was exceptional. I would go as far as it being the best Christmas dinner I have ever had out. The meat was all cooked to perfection and what I liked was the menu stated where all the meat came from. I had the Honey Roast Ham from The Piggery at Thirsk and it was the best I have ever tasted. My friends had the Beef and Turkey which were all beautifully cooked too. There was an array of vegetables with our meal all again cooked lovely. Compliments to the chef and all the Kitchen staff they did a fantastic job. The front of house staff were all very friendly, courteous and obliging. We will definitely recommend to friends and family and we will be definitely going back.
Came in today for a few cocktails and had a great time. Georgia looked after us and her service was excellent—attentive, friendly, and professional. She really made the experience enjoyable
I was really impressed with this bar. Popped in a couple of times and tried the craft beer and a very good red wine. Reasonably priced considering the plush interior and quality of the drinks. A contender for the best bar in Ilkley. Conveniently located next to the train station, i.e., The Ticket Office .
Had my 50th birthday party here and it was fantastic. Vikki, Chris and the team are brilliant at their jobs - they were so helpful from our first enquiry. Nothing was too much trouble and they made it a fabulous night. The venue, the food, the service..10 out of 10! Highly recommend 🙏
