Bistrot Pierre - Ilkley

Stayed in the newly decorated Grassington room for 3 nights I visited friends in the area. The breakfast in the morning was well presented and beautifully cooked. Service was quick and efficient Since the breakfast was very good I thought It was best to try a dinner reservation. I wasnt disappointed the Calamari was very very good and a good starter size. Peter the General manager recommended the chicken Normandy, i had never tried dauphinoise potatoes but WOW garlic creamy sliced potatoes were a hit! I was very full but managed to squeeze in a dessert. The chocolate mousse, It was light and rich and the waitress did a great job serving it at the table

We made the travel across for preston for the first time since the closure. We were greeted with a very big smile, friendly welcome and were swiftly shown to our table. Our drinks arrived promptly along with our bread board with a gorgeous whipped garlic butter. Starters of gambas and salmon rillette were to die for! Onto the main course I had the festive turkey which was very very good and my friend had the halloumi burger, generous portions and was perfectly cooked. We had to finish off with a brulee with as the best we have ever had. We will definitely come back soon.

Great value for Ilkley! Had the Festive set menu - delicious food at a very reasonable price, together with absolutely fantastic service from a friendly team who all seemed happy to be at work. Sonia our main waitress was so efficient and very engaging with us. Highly recommend if you’re wanting a great dining experience that wont break the bank!

I had a fantastic meal at Bistrot Pierre and thoroughly enjoyed every course. To start, the calamari was perfectly cooked light and crispy For my main, I chose the duck cassoulet special, and it was outstanding. The duck was tender and full of flavour, and the cassoulet was rich, hearty. A brilliant dish for a cold wintery day To finish, I had the sticky toffee pudding, which was perfectly Warm, and generously covered in sauce, it was absolutely delicious Overall, Bistrot Pierre delivered excellent food, great flavours, and a very enjoyable dining experience.

Very Good Evening. Food was Perfect. Very impressed. Onion Soup hot bubbling cauldron of perfectly cooked onions and melted cheese. Lamb Shoulder was beautifully cooked and presented in a mice mini pan. Carrots with Pernod were lovely (peppered steak looked just as good) Mousse and Cheesecake were very very nice. Gin and tonics washed this down. And service from the manager was faultless. Amazing food.
