Best brunch place I have ever been to - and I’ve been to a few! Excellent service, lovely atmosphere, well priced food with decent portions to match and it was all delicious. The truffle & parmesan hash browns were a highlight!

Brilliant!! We’ve been coming here since we moved to the area, around 3 years ago. The food is always excellent. We’ve tried most of the menu by now, and there isn’t one thing that isn’t fresh, homemade, and utterly delicious. My partner could write sonnets about the eggs Benedict, with just the right amount of light but creamy hollandaise. The staff are always brilliant!! They are so willing to listen to feedback, like the time they changed the homemade crumpets on the brunch menu (and promptly brought them back to very popular demand). The staff always go out of their way to chat, even if busy. They have created such a gorgeous cafe with a beautiful atmosphere. As locals it’s a treasure, we’d never want to loose. The only word of warning, it generally very busy and it’s a small space. So you’ll likely have a short wait to be seated. But the staff are always upfront about that. Thank you so much to the team, we absolutely adore 39s and wouldn’t ever want to imagine Ilkley or our Sunday morning without it

Had a late breakfast and couple of coffees. The breakfast was outstanding and the coffee was a home brew with great flavour. Cannot recommend enough, friendly staff and quick service.

The food is simply gorgeous—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Their coffee? Top-notch. Rich, smooth, and just what you need to start your day right. If you're visiting, do yourself a favour and try the 39 breakfast roll—it's a standout! Packed with delicious ingredients and cooked to perfection, it's the kind of breakfast that makes you want to come back again and again. Fully support the laptop and pushchair restrictions, I wish more places took this approach. Highly recommend for anyone who loves great food, great coffee, and a welcoming vibe.

Our favourite brunch spot ever - we visit every time we are in Ilkley (which is almost every week). Food is always delicious (make sure to leave room for a slice of cake, my favourite is coffee and walnut), drinks are amazing, and staff is kind and polite. It is impeccably clean, and we love their decor, which changes every couple of months. The outdoor seating is available all-year round (weather permitting) so we always make sure to visit for a nice cold drink in the sun☀️. And finally, we love that the cafe is dog-friendy inside and outside🐶
