Best kebab this side of the Wharfe - Shalimar Special is THE KING.

Been coming here regularly for many years and never been disappointed.
The best chicken madras i ever had, and trust m at 67 years old i know my curries, also love the lamb masala (madras heat) and my Wife enjoys all the above but also loves the chicken biryani. Never varies in taste and always of a high quality, at around £7 inc 2 chapattis whats not to like ? Been an avid fan for 3 months now and well worth the trip from Otley and back.
We found the Shalimar a few weeks ago and have returned regularly since. The standard is always exactly the same.The curries are amazing! I have a Meat Masala(madras hot for me) and it is by far the best i`ve had. The added fresh coriander just finishes a stunningly tasty dish with tender meat, perfectly. My husband loves the chicken madras, in fact if it we upto him he would eat this daily. The staff are also lovely and very friendly. If you haven`t tried it, you really, really should!
