Hadn't realised it had reopened after being shut for such a long time. Called in for a special chow mein - didnt have to wait long. Food was tasty and piping hot, though £9.80's worth? To be debated!!
The food is appalling, the prices are extortionate for the amount you get. The chicken balls were over cooked and tiny compared to other Chinese in the area. To say I ordered chicken fried rice and at £7 , there was hardly any chicken at all. The curry sauce wouldn't cover the amount you need. The chips were not fresh in any way . I could have got double the amount of food from another Chinese in ilkley for the same price and be able to eat it. Do not go to this place .
I walked for two miles in the blizzard to get this specific takeaway, not a single regret. - brilliant food - brilliant customer service - food prepared almost always on time (5-6 mins extra max) - immense variety on their menu
Absolutely gutted this place has shut. Definitely the best Chinese takeaway I've been to. Hope they get reopen down the line.
