SENSATIONAL!!! wow! I can honestly say that this little gem of a tea room serves the finest English breakfast I have ever tasted, everything is quality, proper butchers sausages and bacon, lovely dark yolk’s in the free range eggs, proper quality butter and first class service to match. This cafe ticks all the boxes. We had a wonderful kind lady who looked after us who was the manager, the best customer service I have received in many years. Thankyou for a top quality experience.
We ate there as a couple for breakfast on Christmas Eve and it was a great experience. Lovely friendly staff and owner and the full English breakfast was cooked to perfection and was so very filling. Lovely festive atmosphere and to cap it all the owner gave us all a glass of mulled wine on the house. We will definitely be returning!
We booked our breakfast in advance for 7 (5£ per person to book). We had a separate room which gave us a little bit more privacy and some extra space. Outstanding service, very tasty food and great atmosphere. You can park your vehicle very close if space is available.
Loved this place. Super friendly staff who couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. The food was homemade, fresh, and delicious. Dog friendly too. Highly recommended.
Lovely wee gem up at the top (quieter) end of the Grove. Staff are friendly and attentive (not too much though!) and food is yummy with good sized portions (must remember and go hungier next time!!). They use good quality ingredients too and seem to put a slight spin on what you think you’re getting. For example, the French toast isn’t on your standard sliced bread but seems to be on brioche or similar. Very nice 😋 Lovely outside seating area which feels a little private from the pavement due to the fence and screening they use. Never been here in all my years in Ilkley but definitely will again for a “special treat” Well done peeps for being that wee bit different 👏🏻
