Pretty much a waste of effort. Granted they cannot do cash transactions for obvious reasons, but you cannot even pay a cheque in. If you want to talk to someone fine (but then why not just pick up the phone and save yourself a journey). Anything else and this "local banking" concept is moot.

Waste of time. Get here at 16:40, paid for an hours worth of parking, to be told the lady has decided to go home early. They’re meant to close at 5pm on the limited days they’re open.

So why when the rest of business has gone back to normal operating hours are Barclays opening for very limited hours with less team members than normal. Perhaps our charges could be reduced accordingly

Utter disgrace, open 3 days a week 5 hours at a time with 1 staff on due to the pandemic, helping nobody but themselves as per. Making huge ques outside, but as long as there alright ey! To**sers

hard to explain why the branch is now only open reduced hours and still ltd number of staff, unless of course it's barclays stealth (in plain sight) route to closing the branch altogether , they close it slowly, push the app constantly and use "covid " as the reason , and slowly but surely they have their " we no longer need a physical branch " mantra all set to go. i am always amazed how many people use this branch , the ques outside during covid show how vital it is, during covid and now a snake like que of disgruntled souls queing for ages, in the rain and wind, so the 2 staff could sit 4 feet apart (then mingle at will once standing was laughable ) and yet we all know barclays (and all banks i guess) pay no concern, it's all about greed and making every penny into two penny's , so they can pay dividends to the share holders, i can think of no other industry or business where customers are treated with such little regard and distain , banks should open more, and longer hours, and on weekends................ but sadly we all know the true agenda , within a year this branch will be a coffee shop or hair salon or charity shop with flats above , mark my words .
