I had an underarm hot wax with Amy as she was so professional and friendly. It was clear she took great care over her clients and great pride in what she does. I also had a massage which was very relaxing. The spa itself is lovely and smells beautiful when you walk in. Instant relaxation.
Luxe is simply the best beauty salon! Emily has taken so much care to perfect every detail of the customer experience. The salon is clean, calm, welcoming and full of lovely staff, fantastic products and comfy treatment areas. Jenni, Kiah, Steff, Kaitlin and most recently Lily and Lauren, are all brilliant therapists! Their high standards and special care make Luxe a real gem to have in Ilkley. I visit regularly and have had a range of treatments - you have to experience them for yourself to know just how good it is here! So many people are very loyal to Luxe because they have already discovered this … which is why they are always so busy!

The attention to detail is impeccable, from the decor to the premium products used in every service. You'll leave feeling not just beautiful on the outside, but refreshed and renewed from within. What sets Kaitlin apart is her commitment to excellence and genuine care for her clients. Her focus isn’t just about enhancing your appearance, it's about nurturing your confidence and wellbeing. I can't recommend Luxe and especially Kaitlin enough!
I absolutely adore coming here, the girls are all so friendly, kind and and absolute experts. I have had HD brows, and waxing on my face by Emily and she truly is fabulous! My mum and I tried their wonderful facials that literally left our skins with the glorious "glass skin" glow
