I always wash my car myself with a 2 bucket method but because of the bad weather we've had last couple of months I decided to use this car wash twice. I can't belive the amount of swirl marks all around the car that were caused by those 2 washes.
0 Stars, but that’s not an option. I’ve been going to this car wash on my way through Ilkley for the past few years. It’s always a very average exterior wash, quick and slap dash but good enough for £7. On my most recent visit, I got the inside done. As I drove round I was ushered away, and practically told off for parking in the wrong place despite no organisation or anyone to put me where they wished. I then asked for the valet, was told the hoover wasn’t working. At this point I wish I left but they miraculously got the hoover to work, but the inside looked as if they hadn’t. Tried to charge me 70p for the interior paper mat. At this point I asked them if they were joking. I finished cleaning the car at home and wished I had started it there too. Would have saved me the time and the £14.
Car straight from the car wash. I don't recommend
Took my car here on Saturday 23rd September, very disappointing, it used to be so good and you left with a gleaming car, on this occasion Stevie Wonder could have done a better job, I drove it straight to the hand car wash at the bottom of Hollins Hill in Shipley, the difference was night and day, Ilkley car wash really do need to up their game.
