Ilkley and Wharfedale Medical Practice

We have been with this practice for nearly three years. We have had excellent service consistently, the GPs and nursing staff I have seen have all been kind attentive and knowledgeable. I get through on the phone very quickly, reception are always friendly and efficient and normally get timely appointments. Delighted thank you

Moved to Ilkley last year with my elderly father. Couldn’t have been happier with the care , sympathy and efficiency of the practice. When I phone I’m usually #1 or 2 in the queue. Appointments and referrals have been so speedy that they’ve often taken us by surprise with physio or x-ray phoning to make appointments the same or the next day! Receptionists have smiled and helped out when the self booking in system has been tricky. Nurses have been lovely! Well done Ilkley & Wharfedale!

Excellent treatment from physiotherapy. Rose considered my arthritis in detail three months ago. She drew up an exercise plan and explained possible medical interventions . The exercises have been very beneficial and she welcomed my returning to her this week for further discussion and recommendations. It is very reassuring to know that she is on hand to give advice and further treatment as and when necessary. Real empathy! Thank you.

Very good GP Practice. The reception team are empathetic and will try to get you an appointment as soon as possible. Doctors Nurse's and all the team are excellent. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient of IWMP for 30 years and I have always been treated with respect at all times from all staff and the doctors . I have had several urgent appointments and the quality of their responses have always been excellent. We are very lucky to have such a reliable team in Ilkley .
