Always fast and efficient. Staff are friendly and you don't feel rushed out of the door when seeing a GP.

I’ve been at Ilkley Moor Medical for the last 5yrs since moving to Ilkley and I can honestly say they are the best GP Practice I have ever been a patient of whether that’s the professionalism of the staff or whether requesting repeat prescriptions. Ian C

Don't use. Lost medical file more than once. Also cancelled appointments without informing me. Have recently had a child and they have cancelled my postnatal check up with no warning and also managed to transfer my medical file to a nearer gp to where I live before I even handed said gp my transfer request. Absolutely shocking wouldn't use again and I have been with them for over 15yrs.

It's a cliche but having to wait wait minutes at the reception desk whilst getting studiously ignored by the receptionist as they tap away at the keyboard without any acknowledgement or greeting isn't very welcoming. The person I spoke to whilst booking the appointment was really helpful though, and the nurse I saw was helpful and professional, so I have no complaints overall.

Bit embarrassing but I'm there alot thanks to a rheumatology condition & I'm grateful for everything. It's not perfect but I know that when things are going wrong they escalate and when I'm at the back or last it's appropriate & someone else is needing to be seen & that's how it should be.
