Lavender Laundry

I took my coat to Lavender Laundry in Ilkley after getting a sticky cocktail spill on one arm that had affected the (fake) fur. The staff were absolutely brilliant from start to finish – friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring. They explained it could be dry cleaned, and when I went to collect it, the coat was perfect, just like brand new. I honestly can’t rate the service highly enough and would definitely use this company again. Highly recommended!

Took my suit to Lavender Laundry after I managed to splash red wine across my light grey suit on an evening out. Jacquie managed to completely remove the stain’s as if they were never there (despite my best efforts I could not myself). In addition to this, trousers have a proper crease, and there’s no harsh chemical smell which I've had with other companies before. Drop-off was quick and price was very reasonable. Everything was ready exactly when they said. Staff were friendly, knew their stuff, and gave me a couple of care tips. Easy recommendation for anyone

Dry clean - disappointing, expensive, quick. I had 2 dresses dry cleaned. Quick turnaround however I was disappointed with the service and quality. I told them at the start that both dresses had stains in and asked whether it would likely come out I was told no guarantee. On collection, it was immediately obvious that the stains hadn't changed. The lady serving was all too keen to take the £40 (£20 a dress). Money requested before id been given the chance to look over them I asked whether the stains had been mentioned. I was told they normally put a sticker on but there was no sticker so the lady said they must have come out but they hadn't and I showed her as such. No resolution provided, she just said thank you and bye, essentially asking me to leave. Really disappointed The dresses also looked like a thread had been pulled in a very obvious part of the dress and they weren't particularly well ironed

Service is atrocious. Attended by a consistently very rude woman who makes you feel like she’s doing you a favour. No greeting, no smile. Totally lacking in customer service. The work is acceptable at best.
