Chris and the team at Eatons are the best. Anything I wanted I got. They went above and beyond. The funeral was a beautiful celebration of my partners life. Chris kept me informed of everything along the way and I know he looked after my loved one.
I cannot recommend H Eaton & Sons more highly . Losing my husband unexpectedly was deeply traumatic for me and my family. It takes a special team of people to help you at such a difficult time. The empathy, care, guidance and professionalism from Chris Matthews was such a comfort to us when making the arrangements. We were listened to. This was matched on the day by his team. From start to finish it was faultless and all we could have hoped for.
Mum had a prepaid funeral plan in place and had identified H. Eaton as the funeral directors she wanted. From collecting mum from home they were faultless. Chris Mathews dealt with myself throughout and made the whole process as simple and straightforward as possible, liaising with florists, caterers, and celebrant on my behalf. They treat mum with the utmost respect and dignity throughout and were so supportive of myself. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you to all the staff xxx
I used H Eaton & Sons (Ilkley) in April/May 2025. Chris and his team were caring, professional and responsive at all times taking care of everything including the wake arrangements, flowers and liaising with the crematorium. I would recommend them to anyone having to go through this otherwise difficult time in their life. Many thanks.
I couldn't recommend Eaton's enough. Shirley and Chris looked after us so well and were kind and considerate to my elderly father. Communication was always first class and the actual day went perfectly. Thank you for making a difficult time so easy for us.
