The atmosphere in the salon is very chilled. There was plenty of chatter amongst both stylists and customers alike but not overpowering and very inclusive. The decor is really high quality and the salon is spotless. Mark cut and coloured my hair and did a superb job as usual. I have followed Mark from his last 2 Salons and would not consider anyone else. I travel 60 miles to visit Ilkley from West Yorkshire but it’s worth it for the experience and the quality. Thank you Mark ❤️
Just been to Joseph Bespoke in Ilkley, saw Mark, he was excellent and the team were so lovely. Harry is a great hair washer and really enjoyed it. Followed Mark from Skipton to Ilkley, so glad he has found his hair home.

Absolutely beautiful hair salon - with a beautiful team of friendly, lovely professionals who make you feel amazing and brighten your day every time you visit. Rachel is incredible and transforms my unruly, rather difficult hair into a comfortable, manageable mane which feels fantastic. Without a doubt a 5 star service. I have been a client of Phillips for some years now and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. Pip always takes the time to listen and advise and I completely trust him with my hair. To add, the salon is stunning and I am always made to feel a million dollars.
