The Hearing Suite - Ilkley

I brought my elderly mother in several weeks ago as she was having a great amount of ear pain. We spoke to Mira (apologies if I've spelt this wrong) on the front desk and she was lovely - she was very empathetic, professional and did her upmost to fit my mother in. My mother since had the treatment and feels much better, she again said the lady that saw her was lovely - she didn't get her name (dark hair), but thank you very much. We can't recommend The Hearing Suite enough, everyone was wonderful and did a fantastic job in putting my mother at ease and more importantly taking away her pain. Thank you.

Friendly staff, clearly explained the process. Clarified any questions re past/current health issues. Painless experience - would definitely recommend.

Fantastic - I had nearly 63 years worth of “gunk” removed from my ears! It was unbelievable and disgusting to see just much wax was stuck in there, it was like that scene from Shrek. The whole process was over and done with in just a few minutes and was completely painless. I feel fabulous, it’s the best £86 I’ve spent in years! Well worth it 😀.

The absolute epitome of professional service and care. Everything explained clearly prior to procedure. Constant checking to confirm I was ok during the procedure. It was a great customer experience.
