Been coming to Helen's Nails for years. I always have good experience and the nails are done perfectly at a great price. I always get acrylics which are done within an hour if not less. Couldn't recommend more! Edit: wanted to add a photo of my most recent set from here!!

I showed them a picture of how I wanted my nails which was basic thin French he agreed I choose a powder colour for the base which is an extra £5 but I wanted it so was happy to pay it as this colour is best for French, only only did I ask for square and they did squared oval which I let slide, but when it got to the drawing of the French he couldn’t do it how I asked it to be done he kept doing it very thick I gave him a few try’s to do it but just wasn’t how I liked it , so I asked just to leave the base colour which wasn’t ideal but I wasn’t walking out with French tips which looked like a 12 year old had done, the staff then started talking in a different language which I couldn’t understand in a rash tone of voice obviously about me. when it came to paying basic acrylic nails cost £32 with gel colour which I expected to pay, but she then charged me and extra £3 which I know is only £3 but it’s not the point, because I had powder colour I only choose that as I wanted French tip I would have choose a normal gel colour other wise, and she spoke to me like I was trying rob her which I wasn’t no customer service at all, worst part is I have gone this place loads of times before and not had a problem they have always been kinda rude but however this time was unacceptable left me and friend feeling very uncomfortable and I left £35 down with plain natural coloured nails which I didn’t want ! All about money nothing about customer service!
