Having picked up my new glasses at the Otley branch I needed a slight alteration to one of the arms as it was rubbing on my inner ear. I would like to thank Rhianon for a truly great customer experience. My glasses fit perfectly now. Happy New Year to You Rhianon.
Brilliant team at Specsavers Ilkley. I have consistently used them for my sight tests and glasses. The attention to detail, knowledge and explanations are fantastic. And they are all so friendly.
All staff were great with my son who has autism and ADHD. Very friendly and involved him in all information and questions. Explained every detail to him putting him at ease
Exemplary care and attention, which discovered macular degeneration, for which I was immediately referred to a hospital. A polite, professional attitude from all staff, smart frames at good prices, new lenses fitted to one frame and new frame and lenses in a second pair. All done on time and with endless patience when I took ages to choose my new frame!
Specsavers are great - the staff are friendly and competent. I have total confidence that they will look after my eye health and give me good advice. I am on their contact lens scheme which works well and i like the range of glasses they stock.
