Just picked up Costa coffee cups rolling down the forecourt onto rhe A65 as a result of overflowing bins. Asking inside about emptying I was told it's down to priorities. Unacceptable - or is this how Esso/Tesco/CostaCoffee want to run their business?

Chaos, stuff everywhere on the floor. Piles of stock blocking aisles, toilet out of order but no sign, no gloves at pump, pay only at pump, poor.

Good service station, though the cash machine is becoming empty more regularly, though this partly due to disappearance of ATM's in Ilkley. Lacks car washing facilities which would increase my rating.

It sells petrol which is the most important thing but there is no pay at pump option and I often have to queue for far too long. Customer service is always good but they clearly don't have enough staff. I go elsewhere if I have a choice. [Revised 4th March 2025] They do now have pay at pump but inexplicably, it doesn’t work with contactless so you still have to pay inside if you don’t have a physical card with you. Think 1990 rather than 2025.
