I found working with Ison Harrison’s painstakingly tedious and slow. The emails that I received from Nigel Cowley were at times illiterate and often completely inaccurate. On one occasion we received some documents which were addressed for our property rather than the property we were selling. We found working with Nigel so challenging that I actually asked to swap to a different solicitor during the house sale process. Unfortunately, they didn’t really push our house sale, this with a mixture of a very poor solicitor at the other end meant that it took four months to complete a sale on an empty property being sold to a company. I know that is the average for our house sale to be processed, however we would expect it to have been processed a bit quicker than this given that the property with empty and had no chain. Could I recommend this company to a friend? Definitely not

Well where to start. We used Nigel Cowley 3 times for my sale mums sale and a purchase. A friend recommended him and I am so grateful she did. He has go way beyond what was required due to buyers and sellers solictor not doing what they promised. He is knowledgable, professional and always easy to speak to.
