Have just purchased a new Cube Stereo Hybrid One77 AT HPC 800 from Wheelbase in Ilkley. Very friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to staff. The bike was ready and I was given a thorough explanation of how to operate the Bosch system. The suspension was then set to my weight, ready for me to ride. A great experience. I highly recommend this shop. A special thanks to Bernie, who I think is the shop manager.

Liam @Ilkley WB was and is fantastic at adapting building and supporting my adapted riding on my trike with full rebuild of my gears Alfine Di2 to get my riding fluent and independent. That was a year ago and this week he fully greased the Bafang BBS O2 and re rooted my electricals to be a bit neater and tidy. Riding nice and quietly now compared to what it was. Difficult with an adapted bike as there are three chains!

I snapped my gear cable just outside Ilkley during a ride and headed to Wheelbase to pick up a new one. I expected to have to fix it in the car park, however Bernie said he would have a look at it despite the workshop being very busy. Had it all sorted in 15 mins and I was able to get back out and finish my intervals. Fantastic friendly service.

Staff were friendly and professional. Helped me find some obscure bearings for a Cube Stereo One55 and ordered them ASAP. They arrived quickly and they were happy to ship them to me so I didn’t have to travel to the shop to collect. A decent shop staffed by decent people.
