Friendly staff, but it is not a very eco friendly store. Whilst it was freezing outside, the store’s doors were pegged open, letting the heat out. When we’re in a climate crisis, it’s disappointing that a store is wasting energy. The White Company around the corner is a more environmentally friendly store.

We visited the store last week as we were on holiday in the area. It’s an average size shop and seems to be set out ok . Staff friendly BUT unfortunately do to my disability and a male I could not access the men’s department as it’s up a large staircase 🥴 Looked around but could see no lift . Sad 😔 that it’s not set out half male and half female on each level at least I could have had a opportunity to look at something !!!

Sad to say we rang the ilkley store from the Skipton store as they showed stock of an item to be met with very poor levels of customer service. I understand they are busy but a blatant refusal to help and told to call in on Boxing Day was not well received. Sorry Fatface, I expected better customer service from your brand. What’s even sadder is this review has been ignored.
