Thank you so much for your lovely message and greetings and for the great photos attached of the fashion show. . We really enjoyed the evening, seeing the beautiful clothes modelled by you all looking gorgeous, the friendly, relaxed ambiance and the fantastic surroundings of the Clarendon gallery ( not forgetting the fizz and wine flowing!!). As customers we feel part of the Ilkley Jigsaw family - and yes it does encourage us to part with our money but you all help us to make the right style decisions. Each one of us are unique after all! Sylvia and Pam at the Ilkley Jigsaw shop are amazing. They listened to what I was looking for, selected many great items for me to try; showed me how to mix and match them, and even taught me a better way to tie the scarf I was wearing when I came in to the shop. In short, super friendly, personal service. I will definitely be back next time I’m in the area. Thank you ladies!!!

Thank you to Nicola and the other lady there last Friday for an amazing shopping experience! Your welcome Nicola was lovely and your kindness and helpfulness was very much appreciated. I have two beautiful new Winter coats. I love them and my son John Paul's fiance in Bilbao loves her pyjamas! I will wear the brown coat next Sunday at the Remembrance Parade whilst Richard wears his medals with pride. Very best wishes, Pam.

This is the best Jigsaw store in the UK. Sylvia and her team are fantastic, always friendly, always welcoming and always spot on with their advice on what to buy and what not what to buy, they certainly will not advise you to buy something that does not suit you which I think is priceless.Their styling suggestions are just right for who you are. Thank you Sylvia and your amazing team for always making me feel comfortable, welcome and styled.
