Purchased lovly items but rather annoyed that a dress hem has got plastic wire coming out thats meant to be but stitching undone,footwear purchased looks like they were not new and worn before. It makes me think the shop is selling seconds ? Not happy

Beware shopping at Oaks, shocking customer service. Tried to return an item which was unworn with tag intact and had proof of purchase but because I returned 5 days over 2 week return policy they wouldn’t let me exchange the item. I wasn’t expecting this kind of service after being a loyal customer for the past 20 years and supporting local but never again will I shop there!!
