Recently used their new helium balloon section. Superb service. The lady who served me was so friendly and went the extra mile to trim the balloons. Great price, excellent service. Thank you.

Really good value for money. Has a great variety of clothes, cleaning stuff, Christmas decorations, sweets and lots of other things.I also saw some good quality watches in store last week the were going for £6, a bargain. 😀 I would recommend the shop to anyone. 🙂

Ilkley would be lost without this multi line department store. Stocks most everyday essentials. From duvets to fishing tackle to motor oil and electricals, clothing and footwear.. Very keen prices. When bargains run out , you learn that they restock on Thursdays. You pay for car parking. Staff are busy, efficient and friendly. Every town should have one.
