I volunteer at this shop. The staff are all so nice and friendly. The shop is not that big to contain all donations that we get daily. We could do with a bigger building. Customers are mostly elders, with young parents being the second in number.

Hi, I am one of the elders that reviewer cristine refers to in her review, Just about the most interesting charity shop in ilkley, Noticed that all charity shops seem to have upped their prices, so bargains are harder to find which makes the "hunt" more interesting, Also Oxfam have a charity shop dedicated to books only in ilkley just off the parking area, well worth a look,

Lovely store, often staffed by children doing weekend jobs and DofE. A great range of stock that is constantly changing.
