Don’t expect Customer Service here just Ignorance. Waited at the till with payment cards at the ready to make my purchases. Ignorant owner blanks me with no customer acknowledgement and serves another customer. Walked out and found a great shop across the road called Nora’s and bought loads of Christmas gifts as so friendly. Best Avoid Covet as they don’t care

Nice shop. Purchased a quite expensive ceramic knob that broke off after 2 months and could not be repaired. They never even contacted me when I asked about a replacement. Would not buy there again.

It’s advertised as opening at 10am - I’ve been waiting for the last 45 minutes outside with no sign of anything opening (it’s now 10:45am). Please change your opening times to avoid disappointment for future customers.

Frequently find myself in here for beautiful things for the home or lovely, often quirky gifts for friends and family. I like the way that the items change based on the season and even the cards are well chosen and creative. Lovely staff and a real asset to Ilkley

Amazing shop. The owner and staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They have such cool and quirky items, I especially love their coffee mugs! My go to shop for interior decor and gifts. A must to visit when in Ilkley!
