I'm new to the area and had a slight issue with my first order. I placed it the weekend they were moving and it got missed. I was offered a refund and my order delivered for free on the Sunday despite them not normally being open on Sundays. I declined and requested a refund only. I have subsequently made a further order with no problems and the flowers were very much appreciated and received positive comments from everyone who saw them. Since then I have made a six month subscription.

Erica Berry is the best florist I have come across in years. Her focus is flowers and natural materials and colours. Nothing artificial. I recently bought one of her Christmas wreaths and it is totally gorgeous. Carrying it through Ilkley raised lots of compliments and seasonal good cheer!! I love it and it’s giving me enormous pleasure. Thank you.
