Exceptional Service - massive thank you! Just wanted to say a massive thank you for the exceptional service you always give. The lengths you went to, to get me the perfect gift and you even had time to beautifully gift wrap it, even in these exceptional times. Not only has this been a particularly challenging year with Covid, I also know both your Mum and Dad have both been extremely poorly and both hospitalised. To keep going, keep smiling, give exceptional customer service on every visit, always give 200%, run your business with passion during a pandemic. Exceptional gifts and friendly service! Love this shop on the Grove. Staff are friendly and nothing ever too much trouble - great at giving gifts suggestions. Love the Black Pomegranate candles!
