I brought three watches into Phillips to get the batteries changed, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the price of changing the batteries was reasonable. They were also very prompt with 2 of the three watches and had them ready within 10 minutes, I was very satisfied with the service provided for those two watches. There was a problem with the third watch in terms of pressure testing that I was unhappy about and has meant that I have had to send it elsewhere. Philips have however offered me a full refund and I have accepted this. Please be aware that if you have a Casio Mudmaster series watch then Philips are not able to pressure test it. Philips have dealt with my issue with the pressure testing really well and I would recommend them as a good local company.

I have had my engagement ring repaired at Phillips and am absolutely delighted with the result. They have done a superb job and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. Lovely people to deal with too.

The product ordered was nice. The staff were somewhat unorganised. They quoted me a balance twice that was agreed then charged £20 more when I retrieved the item. My ticket clearly had 2 balances on it. The one I was quoted was highlighted and I was charged £20 more by the lady. Clearly intentional. Beware and challenge overpriced items.

Phillips repaired a rose gold chain for me. Couldn't have asked for better service and the price was very good. I am a very happy customer and will definitely be returning. They also gave me advice on a wedding ring because my engagement ring is unusual and will need a bespoke wedding ring alongside it.
