Fantastic pet shop and pet care in Ilkley from Tyler-James. Such nice guys, and Luke, nicknamed by me as The Cat Fairy as he's magical, comes in to look after my furry friend, Tosca, my gorgeous cat I got four years ago from Keighley Cat Care when I'm away. Luke adores her. Friends in Ilkley have just bought her a £15 voucher to spend in there as they too love the place. Highly recommend and long may it last.

Tyler James is an absolute gem of a shop. We visit all the time for dog treats and supplies and they are always so lovely. Today, though, they went out of their way to help us on a stressful day and I am so grateful for their kindness. Absolutely the best pet shop around, no contest.

I couldn't recommend Tyler-James enough. First time visiting the shop as we are getting our new puppy this week. Warm greeting and felt very welcome. Excellent supplies, amazing advice and tips. Thank you for your patience with all the questions, we will definitely be back soon!

James looks after our creatures when we head away for holidays and there is no one I would trust more to look after the menagerie. The cats are always in great spirits when we return, one of them licks the fur off the back of his legs when he isn't pleased with a sitter and we've had no problem since James looks after them. They aren't even too mad at us when we return! As our cats are old, they have accidents from both ends occasionally, and you wouldn't know when you return from holiday as James is always on top of things. He even looks after my unsociable lizard (which most people aren't too keen on) and feeds my fish. We book our holidays around James' availability as we always know the creatures will get the best, loving treatment while we aren't around. The pet shop itself is great, the staff are really lovely and knowledgeable. Tyler-James is one of the best businesses in Ilkley, a must to make use of if you have pets!

Our guinea pigs stay at Tyler-James as their holiday home when we're away. It's well priced and the staff are so friendly. Our pigs always well cared for and looked after. We wouldn't choose for them to stay anywhere else!
