Great customer service and advice for buying a new phone. Showed us options for what would work best for my mother’s new mobile. Did the phone transfer to the new phone from old phone for no extra charge and it only took 10/15 mins. This is the second phone I’ve bought here in the past 9 months and the first phone is still going strong. Thank you Ilkley mobiles!!

I went here looking for help today as my IPhone was failing to update its software. The lady that served me was very helpful & kind. She fixed the issue for me within a 5 minutes. I will be returning here when it’s time for a new phone. Highly recommended :)

Just wanted to say how brilliant the owners of this small business are. I came to them in crisis having smashed my business mobile just before Christmas. They not only calmed me and offered quick solutions they also repaired, and restored details and tech information that would have taken we days to fathom out how to do. Such a helpful business. Thanks once again

Very poor service with zero customer satisfaction. Took my phone on Saturday to have the screen repaired. The door sign says they open at 9:30 but no one was there until 9:50. Told me the screen needed to be ordered so would be ready either Sunday evening or first thing Monday morning. Finally received the first communication mid morning on Monday to say it wouldn’t be ready untill Tuesday morning. Went to collect as soon as they were open and the phone has been handed back in the same broken state, told it will be 3-4 days for repairs, needless to say, the phone wasn’t left with them and absolutely no trust is gained from this shocking service.

5 star service and advice from Salman. Went above and beyond !! Set up my new phone and explained everything to me . Nothing was to much trouble. A first class experience. I can wholeheartedly recommend Ilkley Mobiles
