Myself and my mum visited the Ilkley store today (20th July) and had a lovely experience. I had been once previously and had the good fortune of being helped by Marie - she was absolutely brilliant - very knowledgeable, kind and helpful and a really lovely lady too - she made me feel like a million dollars! We had exactly the same experience today with Marie this time with my mum who said she’d helped her feel good about herself again and that the advice Marie gave her and the clothes she picked were beautiful, lovely quality and a really excellent price too especially seen as how most of the things were in the sale. Thank you again Marie - you are a star and we’ll definitely see you again!

I cannot recommend Mint Velvet, Ilkley, enough. What a pleasant shopping experience. Gorgeous clothes and staff that are a credit to the company and to Yorkshire. Thank you, girls. I cannot wait for my next visit.

Suzanne the deputy manager was lovely and helpful and the assistant.So friendly my dog loves going with me as Ilkley is very dog friendly🐕
