We’ve been climbing here lots of times with my 8yr old son over the last couple of years. He loves it. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The range of walls is good - lots to choose from and various levels of difficulty. The venue is quite small but it means you can always see your child and it’s not overwhelming. The cafe upstairs overlooks the climbing area and serves nice hot drinks and toasties.
Had my son's party here. Suited what we wanted the climbing was fun for all the kids. The food was great too. The girls made the pizzas themselves and were really helpful. I just turned up with the cake and balloons. Perfect would recommend.
Great experience, lovely friendly staff who did everything they could to help the kids out. Great toddler session before older kids come. Little bit cramped for space but that's the nature of the location - which is cool, in the railway station.
So easy to book in advance. An amazing place, my 10 year old granddaughters really enjoyed herself, and there was always someone on hand to explain tips to help climb or unclip. She was very nervous at first but with help her confidence grew. The little cafe upstairs had a great view to keep an eye on her and take pictures and was very reasonably priced. We would definitely go again. Straight off the train and in, perfect.
We love clip and climb in Ilkley. It’s such a great place to have on our doorstep. My 5 year old has been doing rock stars climbing club for 9 months and his confidence has come on so much. Dave is a star, he brings out the best in the kids and they all love him.
