I really only pass through this gym to get to Flow Osteopathy, which is located upstairs. I am a long-time gym goer and notice as walking through that it's a spit and grit gym (as I call them). This means it has free weights and rubber mats, not frilly floor sponges and an array of underweight machines. If you wanna train hardcore with no one walking round judging you I would say that this would be a great choice, the staff are freondly, even though I just walk through and it's buzzing but not bulging with patrons!!!
Great gym with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The gym has a real feeling of community. Pete has been providing expert powerlifting training for me for 6 months, and has helped me to lift more safely and improve my PB's at the same time.
Went there today for a workout . Great great place , i met the owners who are brilliant and friendly and knowledgeable . If what you want is a good gym without all the silly led lights and head pounding music this gym is a must . A good honest no frills gym without the ( look at me , look at me gym rat types )
This place is great. Everything a gym should be. Essential equipment. Expert advice. Friendly staff. Friendly customers come to think of it. Oh, and very reasonable costs, too.
Enjoyed training here on a very reasonably priced day pass. Well equipped gym and friendly staff. Will be back next time I'm in the area.
