Surreal location, was cold and open in winter, but will be back in spring. Looks like lots of side trails to do, parking limited.

We parked near the wireless mast then it was about a five minute walk down a decent track to the cross.

Parked near the wireless mast. It’s a 2 mile walk down a track to Ilkley town centre. 2 mile walk back up with about 1000 feet of climbing so quite a tough walk back. Plenty of moorland walks in this area.
