Kirsten and Antoinette belong to that rare breed of instructors who take one look at you and know exactly what’s going on. They are highly talented, insightful and amusing with it. I am currently doing rehab following knee surgery which my physio says is going very well. I put this down to hearing their voices in my ear while doing it! All my family are clients now, bar one who lives in London. Make a date!
