Thoroughly enjoyed a Yoga Retreat Day with Wendy at Myddelton Yoga. Beautiful studio, warm welcome, fantastic yoga flow, tea & delicious homemade snacks, heavenly restorative yoga, deeply relaxing sound bath and a yummy lunch! Enjoyed it so much I signed up for term time weekly yoga practice. My little luxury escape from my busy world. Love it! Thank you Wendy 🙏 x
