High Oxnop

Situated between Gunnerside and Muker, deep in the beautiful countryside of Swaledale in the Yorkshire Dales. Oxnop Hall offers you a very warm welcome... and the opportunity to stay in a Grade II listed seventeenth century farmhouse.

As a working hill farm, Oxnop Hall is surrounded by its own land... here you can enjoy true peace and tranquillity and breath-taking views of the wonderful Dales.

The house is date-stoned 1685, but probably dates back a century earlier. It has mullion windows and oak beams.

All bedrooms have en-suite with tea/coffee making facilities and TV.

Guests are served a hearty dales breakfast all from local produce.

Oxnop hall is situated in the Yorkshire Dales National Park –Herriot Country – an Environmental sensitive area renowned for its stone walls, barns and picturesque villages and flora. James Herriot was filmed on our farm and surrounding area.
