It’s a lottery if you get what you ordered. I’ve spent £14 on two drinks and two biscuits. Three to four times a week I visit a coffee shop, that’s around £42 week of my hard earned money for the staff to not care about anything, from your order being correct to housekeeping, the place is filthy. Having looked at previous reviews, I get the impression nobody is reading the reviews. If this is the standard Starbucks is setting, then I won’t set foot in the Keighley branch again!
Usually never had a bad experience here, however after calling them after receiving a fine for parking over an hour and a half in the car park (it’s rare I’m there longer than an hour and sometimes I’m not the one driving 🤣) this was the worst experience I’ve had so far. I called them and explained I double checked how long I could park for and a member of their team told me two hours. Now I am aware I’m partially to blame due to not seeing the registration screen however when you ask a staff member how long the parking is for their own store they should have the right idea. Anyway upon querying this I had the pleasure of speaking to a delightful woman with the most appalling attitude, as I was trying to politely explain that I checked how long I could park there with one of their staff and they told me the wrong info so may be wise to make sure that the staff know how long it is, and her response was ‘not their problem’ and I said it might be wise maybe to just give a polite reminder to customers ‘if you’re planning to stay over an hour and a half please could you use the registration screen.’ Takes a couple of seconds. Again the most I got out of this woman was ‘that’s not our job’ ‘that’s not my problem’ and I honestly didn’t know what to say at this point so there was a couple of seconds silence before she rudely exclaimed ‘yeah bye’ I have contested this fine and explained I was just under two hours and had I have been given the correct information I would have parked for the right amount of time. Unfortunately I don’t think it’s going to work out as I have no physical evidence, but just to make others aware if you want to stay over an hour and a half don’t listen to the staff 🤣 just put your reg in. Like I said I missed it as I’m not a regular visitor and when I am I’m usually with someone else that’s driving 🙈 But as someone who works in hospitality that lady I spoke to was absolutely disgusting and I hope she gets training on how to speak to customers more appropriately, whatever the concern.
Wednesday 13:30, 3 staff & 4 customers. Not one clean table. Only hot food is cheese sandwich or tuna. No toilet paper in ladies snd hand dryer does not work.
Awful ordering experience, staff have a no care attitude. Hijab loose and dangling in food, touching face and then food. No staff have uniform on, all have dangling coats and hoodies with long sleeves. Tables semi wiped - after wiping crumb remnants left in. No friendliness at all from staff. This store had picked up with the wonderful young blond store manager but it’s gone down hill again
This has got to be the worse Starbucks I have ever used. Have gone through the drive twice and both times service was terrible.
