Went into Ramsden's in Keighley this morning after the clasp on my silver bracelet became damaged. I spoke with Kyle who was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. He explained that they don't do repairs on-site but explained that it could be sent away. He also recommended other options to repair the bracelet. His attention and professionalism was outstanding and it was refreshing from the usual customer service of a simple "No we don't do it!" I would recommend anyone to see Kyle. He's an asset and a hidden Jem in Ramsden's - excuse the jewellery pun lol
Bought an engagement ring from there 5 years ago. They resized it there too for me. Last month my ring broke exactly where it got resized. I took it back to them to get it fixed, it was not under warranty anymore and they said it would be £110. I thought it was a little expensive but was willing to pay. I got a phone call a week later to say it was going to be £350 pounds instead as they would need to tighten it up. I was confused and asked for the ring back. When I got the ring back my middle diamond was loose so much it was going to fall out 😡 it was not like this before I took it.. I took it to another well know jewlers and they fixed it for £180. I will bever take anything there again.
Very professional service today collecting travel money excellent on line experience will use again
