The digital services at this surgery are exceptional. Everything is accessible—very easy to navigate. The service they provide puts you through to the right people at the right time. I was seen by Sara Thomas today and she showed great care and was very attentive. She has a very warm, kind and friendly nature. I am very fortunate to have met the other members of the team that have also got the same nature—Andy Pengelly and Penny Molloy. They all provide a great service, and many times have followed up with aftercare. They listen to your concerns providing all the help and support you could possibly need. Incase I do not say it enough, thank you very much for all you do!
I have recently had a medical issue requiring 3 visits to my GP surgery in a one week period. This has been a surprisingly hassle free process and on each occasion the practice doctors have been very helpful and caring. Feel as though I have been well served and cared for by everyone I have spoken to.
I recently had a consultation with Dr. Chandok. Dr. Chandok demonstrated excellent patient care, and I felt genuinely listened to throughout the appointment. I was particularly impressed with the amount of time he dedicated to me; he was not rushed and took the effort to thoroughly answer all of my queries. This attention helped me understand my situation much better. Crucially, his manner was very reassuring and professional, which immediately put me at ease. A big thank you to Dr. Chandok for a helpful and comforting consultation.
I can’t rate ling house enough. I find all the staff very pleasant. I would also like to say that Deborah Sales has to be one of the best nurses I have ever seen. Very knowledgeable, down to earth, very personable and kind. I see Deborah every 3 months for my B12 jab and I now look forward to my appointments.
Our experience, other than trying to get through on the phone, has been fairly positive. The care and treatment overall has been pretty good. The doctors, nurses and receptionists all seem to have a genuine interest in looking after their patients. Not perfect, but what is in the world in which we live! You've only to look at our own behaviour!
