Advertising diesel at 137.9 but when I got home and checked my receip it said 158.9! Apparently I filled up with v power diesel? How many people must have done the same? No indication that the cheaper diesel is at a different pump. Sharp practice by this fuel station. Now lost 2 customers, myself and my husband. TERRIBLE treatment of customers. How do we know what pump to use?

Good service station, large shop selling hot and cold take away food and drink etc, numerous car washing bays with different washing options at an affordable price, air compressors, water and screen wash top up, vacuum cleaners.

The petrol here feels happier than petrol in other outlets. I think they look after their petrol here. I wouldn't be surprised if gentle pan pipe music isn't played underground in the petrol holding tanks. Whatever it is they do, be it magic or pure voodoo Jet petrol station have done it right. Also good staffing!

Night staff are rude and unprofessional. They Don't inform you when they are turning the pumps on or off. I Seen staff light up cigarettes within the garage then walk around the corner. They Complain when you don't have the correct change ( paying with a £20 for something that was £11.50). However, I have had excellent customer service from the staff during the day! They are Very chatty and friendly. Always there to help. Seems that the night staff really let they team down.
