Guys always so helpful and friendly, great service always.

My mum and I went into the store today to upgrade both of our phones and we had such a great experience. All 3 members of staff were extremely helpful, friendly and informative and I would certainly recommend this store in the future.

Waj helped us with our many issues with Vodafone. He was so helpful, informative, polite and understanding. Although we will never ever purchase anything from Vodafone again after a terrible experience at a different store, Waj has helped us try to sort the problem and sat with us for over 2 hours, some of which past closing time just so he could help us. He should be praised for this outstanding customer service! Thanks again Waj

I have been with Vodafone for several years and I've always experienced great customer service. The staff are amazing and are always willing to help.

Lee at the Skipton store was and is absolutely outstanding ! The problem was a big one and went right back through many Vodafone teams so took quite some understanding for the Skipton store to work a way through the maze but this guy was unbelievably helpful and very very clued up as to what needed fixing. My advice would be if you want any help after getting nowhere with online chat lines and you are near the store then go see Lee. Vodafone should be aware that he is a marvelous asset to their company. Thanks Lee.
