Hot Yoga Studio in Harrogate. Come and find us on your visit to Harrogate. We offer drop-in classes throughout the week as well as workshops.
Classes include Hot Yoga, Beginner's Yoga,Sports Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow, Pilates, Hot Pilates, Pregnancy Yoga, Baby and Kids Yoga, Baby Massage, Pre and Post-Pilates, Aerial Yoga.
Come to our state-of-the-art studio! If you are coming to Hot Yoga for the first time after booking on, wear loose clothing and bring water. Hydration is a must and we sell water and coconut water in the studio as well as mats.
Showers are also available, you only need mention this to the instructor and they will show you the way...
Book a drop-in class or a block which can be used for any class.
