Prices very high and witnessed staff rudely tell a disabled customer they weren't welcome to use Costa app in there to be fair I think she just wanted cash only where possible very very unprofessional on a kids based site and at Xmas very very negative experience worse part is she was the acting manager
Point blank refused Costa card and quite rude about it
I go most days to flamingland and visit the muddy duck cafe why can I never get a costa frappe !! Always a excuse like not got the ingredients or machine broken and now today as a alternative asked for a ice latte couldt get one of them either wot is going on here!!!
Never have any cold drinks available ? See previous reviews disappointing shouldn’t be called Costa !
I came Sunday 7pm but it was closed 🤦♂️ Don't trust the schedule
