Flamingo Land Resort - Holiday Village Reception

Booked the basic 2 bed caravan but we think we were upgraded to a 2 bed lodge. It was right near the exit to the entertainment and exit. Noisy till just after 11 but after that was very quiet and didn't notice anything. Lodge was pretty clean and even had a bath. Kitchen had everything you would need. Food was good in the park but would say £8.50 for a 6" pizza was steep. Some rides were closed but over 5 days we did see them all run. Went in English term time and was less busy than normal. Would go back again as we really enjoyed it.

Lodges are really good 👍 Kids (4-7) loved it and can’t wait to come back.

In previous years this has been a fantastic place to camp with loads of things to do in a well maintained resort. This year was a big disappointment comparatively. If this was my first time here I would not have been back. Not enough staff to keep the facilities clean and/or in working order. Long questions for everything, rides, snack bars, loos, etc. Campsite noise and messy. With no staff presence to police or help. Only half the rides open at anyone time in theme park as well as disorganised ride loading caused massive ques. Park opened later and closed earlier than previous years. Most food outlets closed. We did enjoy our stay but it was not what we expected and gave our repeat business for. I hope its a temporary blip as its been a difficult year.

Spent the week here with our own caravan site was lovely and quiet, although disappointingly not all rides were open due to the circumstances but we still managed to enjoy our week. Most disappointing was food choices which were very limited and not the best quality. Staff tried to make sure social distancing and face masks where adhered to when appropriate unfortunately members of the public didn't stick to this and ignored all the warnings. Hand sanitizer was placed all over the park and was always available for use. Sport centre for swimming was open booking only but changing rooms and showers were closed so you had to come out in your wet swim stuff luckily we had our caravan just outside the sport centre so wasn't a problem, but the poor people further away would be a problem especially when it's cold. But even after all this it will not stop us booking again next year

Absolutely amazing!!!!! The water rides were incredible if you love getting wet! The zoo animals were so cute! Good place for a school trip or to visit there
