A warm and welcoming family-run Hotel, restaurant and bar. The Beansheaf is ideally situated for exploring Ryedale and the North Yorkshire Moors.

The Beansheaf specialises in all types of events including conferences, functions and private parties. Packages can be tailored to your precise needs and budget. There are 3 meeting rooms available to suit parties of up to 100 delegates.

All bedrooms feature a flat-screen TV, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities and complementary J2O drinks. An iron/ironing board are available upon request.

The bar is set in the oldest part of the Hotel and features a real log fire and exposed stone walls. It serves an extensive and reasonably priced wine list as well as a draught range and guest ale. It is open throughout the day for coffees, drinks and bar snacks.

The kitchen team pride themselves in using freshly cooked local and seasonal produce wherever possible. They seek to serve you with delicious and well presented food.

Booking is advised, especially at weekends and during busy periods.

We have a number of bedrooms suitable for disabled, handicapped, elderly or mobility impaired guests. The hotel reception, restaurant and ground floor accommodation are all wheelchair accessible.

The hotel bedrooms have a choice of walk in shower or bath with shower above. Some bathrooms have grab rails by the toilet and the shower. There is a large car park adjacent to the front of the hotel allowing easy access to the bedrooms. Should you require assistance with luggage a member of staff will be most happy to help.
