We had a really bad experience here, there were several problems with the property during our stay (no WiFi, washing machine broke, electrics failed, front door lock broke and no hot water for the entire week). We made a complaint and owner was really unhelpful and actually quite obstinate and rude when we tried to resolve. He did not visit the property and refused to give any credit back. Seriously Needs to work on his customer service skills as happy to take your money but then not bothered about sorting issues. When we spoke to other residents they said they didn't have hot water either. Will not be going back, all the issues ruined our stay. Avoid if you can, not worth the money!
Very disappointed. Cold and unwelcoming. Advertised as wheelchair friendly. No ramp at the entrance into the property. Toilet in Bathroom was very low. Totally unsuitable for person with disabilities. Lounge was tired and corner unit needed a good clean. Recliner chair was on its last legs and very low and Recliner action faulty . Should have been a rise and recline chair. booked for a week but my wife was so uncomfortable that we lasted 2 days . Also no hot water in bathroom and the hot water in the kitchen was also not very hot. Pictures on site are not recent but historic. Parking brilliant. Area wonderful.
Beautiful surroundings, first class accommodation, absolutely everything you need. Outstanding, highly recommended.
As usual the cottage is extremely clean Harvester cottages does not disappoint.
