UMove Studio

If you are reading this review because you are new to Pilates and reformer and want to give it a go - then this is the studio you want to be joining. I was welcomed by the instructors and all the people who go are such a varied bunch - it’s not a bunch of skinny people in colour coordinated lululemons like social media might make you think. Both studios are great, I’m addicted now and go several times a week - the unlimited package is amazing value and I really can’t recommend it enough. Different classes are for different levels but if you ask at booking they will explain it all - the booking app is super easy to use and notifies you when spaces become available if you are on the waiting list. Love it - get booking !!!

Fantastic postnatal Pilates, Sammy and her team are incredibly attentive, caring and professional. The classes made a huge difference in my post caesarean recovery, and the ability to take my baby with me makes attending classes a breeze! I would highly recommend.
